Pick up and Delivery

Successmore members can pick up the goods by themselves at headquarters. They also can choose to order online and then pick it up at a branch.

You will receive your order within 14 days of purchase.

The company will deliver the product based on the recipient’s name and address or record it in the company’s database. If you want to change your address, please log in to the system with your ID number and password before purchasing. The company will deliver the products to the updated address.

The company will deliver every working days
(Mondays to Fridays, excluding weekends and public holidays).

Purchase Order before 12.00 pm. 2 – 3 Working Days 3 – 7 Working Days
Purchase Order after 12.00 pm. 3 – 4 Working Days 3 – 7 Working Days

Remark :

  1. The member or customer will receive the goods within 5 to 7 working days (not including the date of placing the order).
  2. The delivery status may be changed and will be notified in advance as the case may be.
  3. If the product has not been received within 7 days from the date of the following order, please notify the company for further inspection

Delivery Service Fees

  1. Free delivery service for orders worth RM350 and above in Peninsular Malaysia. If the order is low than RM350, the shipping cost is RM10.
  2. Free delivery service for East Malaysia orders worth RM1500 and above. If the order is low than RM1500, the cost will be based on the courier company's charges.
