Nevertheless, member has to accumulate at least 750 PV per month from consuming or selling to acquire benefit according to compensation plan. There are 2 levels in calculate business bonus from accumulate PV as below;

  1. Supervisor Level: Member who accumulate up to 750 points from consuming or selling within 60 days from application date.
  2. Executive Level: Member who accumulate up to 3,000 points from consuming or selling within 60 days from application date.

Benefits from Compensation Plan

1. Profit from retail price

Successmore member buy product in special price (member rate) then sell to customer in normal price. Therefore, Successmore member make profit from retailing e.g. Buying product 950.00 baht in member rate then sell to customer at 1,250.00 baht. Earning profit 300.00 baht of investment.

2. 30% First Order Bonus of personal points of 1st recommend person (1st tier)

Example I

Mr. A accumulates 750 points in first month and being Mr.B’s Sponsor. Mr. B accumulates 750 points. When calculate bonus cycle, Mr. A will get recommend bonus 30% × 750 points = 225.00 baht.
Example II

Mr. A accumulates 750 points in calculate bonus cycle and being Mr.B’s Sponsor. Mr. B accumulates 3,000 points. When calculate bonus cycle, Mr. A will get recommend bonus 30% × 3,000 points = 900.00 baht.

This bonus will return every 2 weeks so earning point during day 1st -15th of month will receive compensation same month. Day 16th onward until month end will get compensation on day 15th of following month.

3. Star Maker Bonus 400 – 1,800 baht per one business line

This bonus will encourage you to help developing membership in your business line, to increase knowledge and product understanding also it benefit your own consuming and/or selling product to customer. In addition, this methodology is promoting product information by word of mouth.

Requirements:

  1. Successmore member who has consuming or selling point which accumulate up to 750 points first time in first month.
  2. Helping recommendation and developing new member to accumulate point from consuming or selling more than 750 points at least 2 business line.
  3. Advising new member to recommend another new member to accumulate point from consuming or selling more than 750 points at least 2 business line.
  4. This bonus will return in monthly (on day 15th of next month) by counting from 1st day until last day of each month.
Scenario I : The consuming or selling product point which accumulate up to 750 points

Mr. A accumulates 750 points then he recommends Mr. B and Mr. C to be member. Mr. B and Mr. C earning 750 points caused Mr. A teaching and developing them therefore, they able to advise Mr. Gor and Mr. Kor to be a member and accumulates 750 points. In this case, Mr. A will receive bonus 400.00 baht per develop B’s line.
Scenario II : The consuming or selling product point which accumulate up to 3,000 points

Mr. A accumulates 3,000 points then he recommends Mr. B and Mr. C to be member. Mr. B and Mr. C earning 3,000 points caused Mr. A teaching and developing them therefore, they able to advise Mr. Gor and Mr. Kor to be a member and accumulates 3,000 points. In this case, Mr. A will receive bonus 1,800.00 baht per develop B’s line.

4. Cycle Bonus (calculation from weak/strong) 350-420 baht per round

This bonus will return per round which calculated from accumulate point from member both left and right side (weak = 1,000 points strong = 1,500 points as 1 round)

Requirements

  1. Successmore Member who accumulates up to 750 points first time in first month will has right to get bonus 350 baht/round.
  2. Successmore Member who accumulates up to 3,000 points first time in first month will has right to get bonus 420 baht/round.
  3. The remaining points from 1,000 and 1,500 points (from maximum round) will carry forward both sides but not exceed than 3,600,000 points per side.
  4. The paid maximum cycle bonus is 2,400 round/month which maximum return is 1,008,000 baht/month.
  5. The 2nd month of calculation, member must accumulate 250 points per month to remain qualification.
  6. This bonus will return every 2 weeks so earning during day 1st -15th will compensate at the end of same month and day 16th until month end will compensate on day 15th of following month.
Scenario I Mr. A is Successmore member and accumulate consuming or selling up to 750 points

Then Mr. A has 2 business line (left – Mr. B and right – Mr. C) then teaching and advising them to recommend product to Mr. D and Mr. E, how much they can earn point will depend on their capability. Once Mr. A earning point from consuming and selling product, every member under Mr. A’s business line, weak side 1,000 points and strong side 1,500 points, Mr. A will get cycle bonus 1 round. This mean total point (weak + strong side) 2,500 points. Mr. A will get bonus 350 baht. For next round if Mr. A accumulates from consuming and selling product up to 250 points in each month, he will receive bonus as usual.
Scenario II Mr. A is Successmore member and accumulates consuming or selling up to 3,000 points

Then Mr. A has 2 business line (left – Mr. B and right – Mr. C) then teaching and advising them to recommend product to Mr. D and Mr. E, how much they can earn point will depend on their capability. Once Mr. A earning point from consuming and selling product, every member under Mr. A’s business line, weak side 1,000 points and strong side 1,500 points, Mr. A will get cycle bonus 1 round. This mean total point (weak + strong side) 2,500 points. Mr. A will get bonus 420 baht. For next round if Mr. A accumulates from consuming and selling product up to 250 points in each month, he will receive bonus as usual.
Scenario III Mr. A is Successmore member and accumulates consuming or selling up to 3,000 points. Next time he will accumulates personal 250 points and receive cycle bonus 720 baht/round. The pending point will carry forward to next payment round.

Then Mr. A has 2 business line (left – Mr. B and right – Mr. C) then teaching and advising them to recommend product to Mr. D and Mr. E, how much they can earn point will depend on their capability. Once Mr. A earning point from consuming and selling product, every member under Mr. A’s business line, weak side 40,000 points and strong side 70,000 points, Mr. A will get cycle bonus 40 round. Spending weak side 40,000 points and remaining 0 points and spending strong side 60,000 points and remaining 10,000 points. Mr. A will get bonus 420 baht × 40 rounds = 16,800 baht. Hence, the remaining points of both sides will carry forward to calculate together with upcoming point for calculate cycle bonus next round. However, the maximum carries forward point shall not exceed than 2,400,000 points each side.

5. 3 Generation Matching Bonus 10%-50% depend on Successmore member position and requirement

Mean Paid bonus which linked to bonus number 4 (Cycle Bonus). This bonus applicable up to 3 generation of recommended member

From the figure,

Mr. A recommends Mr. B, then Mr. B recommends Mr. C and Mr. D in order. Hence, B, C and D are 1st, 2nd and 3rd tier of Mr. A in order. Once Mr. B or Mr. C or Mr. D accumulates point from consuming or selling product introducing new member until B, C or D get bonus number 3 (star maker bonus) which pay by round, Mr. A will get percent matching from bonus round of B, C and D.

This bonus will calculate during day 1st – end of each month and pay off at day 15th of following month.

Scenario I : 1st tier matching bonus 10%

Mr.A is Successmore member and accumulates 750 points from consuming or selling product then he recommends Mr. B and Mr. C to be member under his business line. Mr. B accumulates 750 points from consuming or selling product. Hence, Mr. B earning 1 round = 350.00 baht and Mr. A receives matching bonus 10% of Mr. B income (10% × 350 = 35.00 baht).
Scenario II : 3 Generation Matching Bonus 1st tier 20%, 2nd tier 20% and 3rd tier 10%

Mr. A is Successmore member and accumulates consuming or selling up to 3,000 points and group point divided as weak side 20,000,000 points and strong side 30,000,000 points according to business plan considered as highest position.

Mr. A begins as accumulating point from consuming and/or selling product then buildup 2 business lines (left-right) which are Mr. B and Mr. C. Mr. A teaching and developing them to consume and/or sell product. And advising Mr. B to recommend Mr. D,Mr. E. And Mr. C recommends consuming and/or selling product regularly until became a huge selling-buying organization and expending continually as figure above. This shows that A is starter. B and C are 1st tier. D, E, F and G are 2nd tier. Then expanding to H, I, J, K, L, M, N, O are 3rd tier. Then P, Q, R, S are 4th tier. Each member is consuming and/or selling product in each calculated round. The consuming and/or selling accumulated point from everyone in organization become accumulated points of Mr. A’s organization which has weak side 20,000,000 points and strong side 30,000,000 points. Mr. A will receive 3 generation matching bonus as 20%, 20% and 10% rate of 1st tier, 2nd tier and 3rd tier in order. Mr. A will receive matching bonus as following;

  1. 1st tier matching bonus 20% from Mr. B’s expense and income round which is 1,008,000 baht * 20% = 201,600.00 baht plus matching bonus from Mr. C 201,600 baht so matching bonus are = 403,200.00 baht.
  2. 2nd tier matching bonus 20% from Mr. D’s expense and income round which is 1,008,000 baht * 20% = 201,600.00 baht plus matching bonus from Mr. E, F, G 201,600 baht each person so this tier matching bonus are = 806,400.00 baht.
  3. 3rd tier matching bonus 10% from Mr. H’s expense and income round which is 1,008,000 baht * 10% = 100,800.00 baht plus matching bonus from Mr. I 69,972 baht, Mr. J 55,986 baht, Mr. K 69,972 baht, Mr. L 84,000 baht, Mr. M, N and O 100,800 baht each person so this tier matching bonus are = 683,130.00 baht.

Total matching bonus of Mr. A = 1,892,730 baht.

6. One-Time Leadership Bonus depends on your position and requirement

This is lumpsum bonus which will be paid one time for membership who buildup business line (only leadership position 9-15 of Company’s marketing plan) which has large amount of consuming/selling or buying product.

Requirements

  1. When Successmore member accumulate group point from consuming, selling or buying and got promoted to position as desired by the Company 2 times in 6 months.
  2. When Successmore member get new position 6 times in 12 months and take “Elite” position, you will have right to receive one-time leadership bonus. “Elite” position means Diamond position and above. If you reach such position 6 times in any 12 months will called Elite e.g. Diamond Elite.
  3. Successmore member must meet specify requirements to receive one-time leadership bonus, this bonus will pay off on day 15th of following month once you met specify requirements.
  4. One-time leadership bonus pays off by successful step (not every positions) therefore, even you are now taking position which higher than previously, you shall get previous one only.
  5. This bonus will pay once when you first get specific position.

Mr. B is one of Mr. A’s team which also has group point from his business line consuming, buying and selling product divided as weak side 60,000,000 points and strong side 90,000 points. Mr. B taking Platinum position. And

Mr. C is one of Mr. A’s team as well. If Mr. A performs as mentioned 2 times in 4 months, Mr. A qualified Diamond position. Further, Mr. A able to maintain his performance 6 times in any 12 months, he qualified DiamondElite position and receive one-time bonus 200,000 baht (in first time).

Summary business bonus calculation

  1. Supervisor and Executive Member only applicable to receive benefit from Cycle Matching Business Plan. These members who accumulate point per month up to 750 PV and 3,000 PV in order.
  2. Successmore Member must remain your position by accumulate your own points minimum 250 PV therefore, you are subject to remunerate and calculate bonus, recommendation, developing business line, bonus round, matching bonus and one-time leadership bonus.
  3. The maximum round bonus is 2,400 rounds or 1,008,000 baht per month and points will be carried forward to a maximum of not more than 3,600,000 PV per side.
  4. Round and recommendation bonus will calculate and process every day. Pay twice a month (day 1st – 15th will pay off on month end and day 16th onward will pay off on day 15th of following month)
  5. Developing business line, bonus round and one-time leadership bonus pay once a month on day 15th of following month.
  6. If the payment due date on weekend or public holiday, Company will transfer bonus earlier.
  7. Company will deduct transfer fee from Successmore Member bonus balance. Otherwise the bonus amount less than 300.00 baht, Company will transfer when bonus balance reach minimum rate.
